This Tournament will be held in November at the Luzhniki Minor Sports Arena. The main event of the night will be a MMA heavyweight bout between Alexander Emelianenko and Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic.

The latest event where the 28 year old Moroccan heavyweight Badr Hari (101-12, 88 (Т)КО) took part was the debut LEGEND show on May 25. The much-fancied Badr missed a left hook from Zabit “Mowgli” Samedov, Belarusian kickboxer of Azeri origin, and was sensationally defeated with TKO. The bout with Ignashov in November will be Hari's third: in 2003 Badr was knocked out, while in 2010 he rematched winning the bout by unanimous decision.

In the beginning of the 2000's Alexey Ignashov, a four-time muay-thai World champion, K-1 World GP 2003 in Paris and K-1 World GP 2001 in Nagoya tournament champion (84-20, 41 (Т)КО) was one of the top 10 K-1 heavyweight fighters. He defeated K-1 stars like Remy Bonjarsky, Daniel Ghita, Peter Aerts, Badr Hari, Gary Goodridge, Paul Slowinski, and Semmy Schilt. Today the legendary Belarusian fighter has to his credit 3 wins in a row, the latest being his bout held in Moscow on February 22 when he defeated Lithuanian Martynas Knyzlis on points.

The fight between the notorious Moroccan “Golden boy” Badr Hari and the renewed Alexey Ignashov at the LEGEND tournament in Moscow will become a logical conclusion of yet another spectacular K-1 trilogy.
